About the Position:
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, feeling them out and being able to build relationships on the spot. This means you have to be comfortable on the phone, have great communication skills and never take no for an answer. You will also be responsible for scheduling and performing online demonstrations, attending conferences as well as building and maintaining your pipeline.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for generating revenue within an assigned territory
You will perform online demonstrations of Surglogs' products to prospective clients and be responsible for closing business as a result of the demonstrations and follow up activities
You will also pursue and close leads provided by the Business Development and Marketing teams
Your commission potential is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you earn
We have qualitative and quantitative KPIs that will help you to understand and manage your activities
You will be part of a team with up to three (3) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who qualify leads and set up demonstrations for you to perform and close
AEs in Surglogs are also develop potential customers through cold-calling or by responding to inbound leads

About the Position:
SDRs are an important part of the sales cycle. As a Sales Development Representative, your work focuses on outbound sales strategy. You'll spend a lot of time making phone calls and preparing lists. Your main responsibility will be setting appointments and moving leads through a sales pipeline. SDRs help us grow and impact healthcare facilities across the entire United States. In our company, SDRs have an opportunity to grow their career and take more responsible roles in a short period.
Responsibilities:
As an SDR you'll have monthly KPIs to reach: 100+ outbound phone calls per day, setting 20 demonstration appointments per month
You'll be initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
You'll be responsible for creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
Part of your responsibility will be moving solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging web meetings, emails, or phone calls
You'll support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Your role in Surglogs will be very important as you'll be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
You're expected to establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

About the Position:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Surglogs you would be responsible for developing and then maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients. The CSM builds a deep understanding of the customer’s priorities and assures that they are receiving value from Surglogs’ software. The CSM is expected to engage with current clients by providing education on new features and best practices, monitoring utilization, and upselling new modules to current clients. This position requires extensive knowledge of the Surglogs’ software in order to keep current clients up to date on Surglogs’ newest offerings. This position requires the individual to be able to adapt quickly to changes in processes and possess strong relationship building skills.
Starting pay rate is $65k annual base pay and $80k OTE.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and engage in positive business relationships with current clients
Educate and train clients on new features, software updates and best practices
Upsell Surglogs' new offerings to our current client base
Customize software to promote better utilization
Adhere to company mission/vision/policies
Provide reports to management regarding current client development

Qualifications:
3+ years of applicable experience in customer success, support, sales or account management

About the Position:
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. The Implementation Specialist is expected to perform onboarding for new clients, check in with current clients, and perform multiple training sessions. This position requires extensive knowledge of the Surglogs software in order to build custom instances for clients, maintain them, and update them as necessary. This position requires the individual to be able to adapt quickly to changes in processes and deliver quality presentations to promote understanding.
Starting pay rate is $20.50/hr during 90-day introductory period, and upon successful completion of introductory period $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate employee client onboarding by giving an initial overview of Surglogs software, answering questions, and scheduling follow-ups
Complete client requests via chat, phone, and email
Customize software to fit client needs
Adhere to company mission/vision/policies
Teach clients about new software updates inside of Surglogs
Provide reports to management regarding new and current client development
Identify and suggests potential improvements to current client training processes
